What this site collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts, and does not build profiles of visitors. There is no contact form; contact happens by email or LinkedIn on your initiative.
Fonts and other resources
All fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this site's own hosting. No resources are loaded from Google Fonts, content networks or any other third-party server, so your IP address is not transmitted to them when you open this page.
Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted by Render Services, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you open a page, the hosting provider automatically records standard server log data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site, and is not merged with other data sources.
Render processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement in line with Art. 28 GDPR. Render is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides the basis for any transfer of this data to the USA.
Contacting me
If you write to me by email, the data in your message (name, email address, content) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, and kept only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by statutory retention rules.

Links to LinkedIn and paymentcheckout.dev lead to external sites. Nothing is transmitted to them until you click; their own privacy policies then apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Berlin, that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
